Welcome to The Gait
Our facility is proudly owned by siblings Kimberly Martin & Peter Schimmel and along with their spouses Dave Martin & Kristin Schimmel. While we are new to the horse industry, we are passionate about creating a supportive, well-run space where horses and riders thrive.
What truly sets our barn apart is our exceptional team. Paulina Jimenez, our Director of Operations, brings deep knowledge, organization, and a heartfelt commitment to individualized care and safety for both horse and rider.
Barn Manager Sergio Rocha has been a trusted presence at the barn for over 13 years—his quiet skill and genuine care have made him family to many of our boarders. Together, we are dedicated to honoring the strong foundation of this barn while thoughtfully investing in its future.
